Festival faq's

Q. is the festival an annual event?
A.  Yes, festival of trees takes place each year starting on the third friday of november and lasting for 16 days. 

Q. is the festival free?
A.  Yes!  the festival is free of charge to all guests.  please walk around and enjoy the display!

q. what does the festival benefit?
a. The festival benefits tuition assistance at hilton head preparatory school to help a local student with tuition costs.  to learn more about Prep, please visit www.hhprep.org

Q. Can I make a donation to festival?
A. Yes, head over to our online store where you can make a donation in any amount to the festival.  all donations are tax deductible.

q. what are the hours of the festival?
A.  The festival is open 24/7!  Feel free to enjoy day or night!

Q. can i purchase any of the items on display?
A. YEs!  each item is tagged with a "buy it now" price.  utilize the qr code located on the tag to make your purchase. 

q. if i purchase an item, when can I take it?
a.  the items stay on display for the duration of the festival.  your item will be available to pick up on sunday, december 8th. 

q. will there be food and beverage available during the festival.  
a. yes!  the hilton beachfront resort & spa will have food and beverage available for purchase in their restaurant.
