Designer  Information
This is not only an opportunity for you to show your talents to the hundreds of locals and visitors who will be attending, but it is also an advertising opportunity for your business.   If you are interested in designing a tree, wreath or holiday decor item please fill out the 2023 Festival Of Trees Designer Form below and email the form to Leslie Hart at LHart@hhprep.org.   All trees and wreaths will indicate which individual or company decorated the one-of-a-kind item.   Please refer to the 2023 Festival of Trees Guidelines that will be included in your submission receipt for do's and don'ts and when the trees will be due.  ​

    2023 Designer Form

    Please note that if you would like to decorate/design multiple items we will need one form per item. 
    All items are due at the Marriott Hilton Head Resort & Spa in Palmetto Dunes (One Hotel Circle, HHI) on Sunday, November 12th from Noon 
    to 5pm or Monday, November 13th from 9am to Noon.  All items must be delivered NO LATER than Monday, November 13th at Noon.
